Laura Howes Named to Davis & Elkins Dean's List

Laura Howes, a student at Davis & Elkins College in Elkins, W.Va., was named to the Fall 2013 Dean's List. Howes is the daughter of Michael Howes of Beverly, W.Va., and Theresa Hinkle of Cabins, W. Va.

Students on the Davis & Elkins Dean's List must earn a 3.6 GPA on a 4.0 scale while taking a minimum of 12 semester hours.
