Jana Lowe Receives Honors at Davis & Elkins College

Jana Lowe received the Junior Marshal Award during the Davis & Elkins College Year-End Honors Convocation, which recognizes oustanding achievement at the College. The daughter of Timothy and Tammy Lowe of Port Republic, Lowe is majoring in Criminology.
