Davis & Elkins College student Meredith Hill of Bridgeport was recognized for academic achievement during the annual Honors Convocation in Myles Center for the Arts Harper-McNeeley Auditorium.

Hill received the Chemistry Achievement Award, the Hypercube Scholar Award and the Mathematics, Computer Science and Physics Achievement Award. Hill is daughter of Cynthia and Ron Hill of Bridgeport, W. Va.
