Davenport Participates in Theatre Production

Davis & Elkins College student Sara Davenport of Spencer, W.Va., performs in the Division of Fine and Performing Arts production of "Fair and Tender Ladies" being presented at Boiler House Theatre on the College campus, January 22-25.

Davenport, a junior at D&E, portrays Granny Rowe. The play tells the story of Ivy Rowe, a Virginia woman who reflects on her Appalachian mountain life through letters and songs.

Davenport is a resident of Spencer, W.Va.
