Chelsea Narkevic Named to Davis & Elkins Dean's List

Chelsea Narkevic, a student at Davis & Elkins College in Elkins, W.Va., was named to the Fall 2013 Dean's List. Narkevic is the daughter of Cynthia Narkevic of Elkins, W.Va.
