Bolyard Earns Dean's List at Davis & Elkins

Davis & Elkins College student Jocie Bolyard of Rowlesburg has achieved the Dean's List for the fall 2014 semester. To earn the honor, full-time students must achieve a 3.6 or higher GPA.
